Celebrating 50 Years Through Art

Let this artwork inspire your space

I’m honored to mark my 50th year with the public unveiling of Awkward Paper Dolls | The Red Lip Edition, a traveling pop-up exhibit that will be presented throughout Brooklyn across the course of the year, in any space that welcomes it. This is a freestanding, self-contained installation that does not require walls—only presence.

Awkward Paper Dolls is a body of work that reflects my journey as an artist through observation, introspection, and creative transformation.

What has emerged is a focused series that feels deeply aligned with this moment in my life. Awkward Paper Dolls was formed through reflection, play, and personal practice, becoming a visual language of human emotion, identity, vulnerability, sovereignty over one’s true self and true body, and quiet recognition. Each piece is also visually meditative, inviting stillness and awareness. Each work invites the viewer to pause, connect, and discover their own meaning within it.

Rather than telling the viewer what to feel, these pieces create space for personal resonance—allowing each person to meet the work through their own memories, perceptions, and inner dialogue.

I am currently seeking community spaces and venues across Brooklyn to host this traveling exhibition throughout the year. If you know of a location that may welcome this work—or would like to support this experience in any way—I would be deeply grateful. Your support will help bring this living, mobile celebration of art, reflection, and presence into shared spaces across the city.

I am an artist, writer, and founder of OneBreathIn. My complete work travels across visual storytelling, narrative writing, social reflection, and transformative thought.

This presentation represents the first public unveiling of a collection that has been quietly formed through years of inner dialogue, experimentation, and artistic devotion.

I look forward to sharing this journey throughout the year and celebrating 50 years of life, reflection, and art through movement, presence, and connection.
